7 Exercises Recommended for Type-2 Diabetes

Exercising can go a long way in maintaining your weight and blood sugar levels, and it may also reduce your risk of suffering from a stroke or heart attack.

If you suffer from prediabetes and have a family history, staying active can prevent it from progressing further. Experts recommend getting at least 150 minutes of moderate to vigorous physical activity every week.

Walking
